This versatile system can be used for a variety of applications including Mixing, Aeration, Screening, Crushing and Pulverising (all in one stage) and can process many types of materials such as Topsoil, Excavated Soil, Clay, Peat and Milled Asphalt.

Mixing & Stabilisation

This system is the ideal solution for sites where the ground is too poor to accommodate conventional mixing/stabilisation equipment.  The pre-processing and screening of material is also facilitated before the mixing in of binder.

Screening & Crushing

Most materials can be screened directly into an excavation, replacing the need for expensive screening plants.  The amount of screening surplus is also reduced due to the systems ability to screen and crush materials simultaneously.
